FAQAbsolutely, we offer a no obligation consultation where we can meet at your house, or a location of your choice, to discuss our services and allow you to have a look through our GraphiStudio© albums and portfolio. This is an informal meeting that gives us the opportunity to find out more abut your requirements for the day. How do we book you for our big day? We require a 15% deposit to hold the day and close our diary to any further enquiries. The balance is to be settled 2 weeks prior to the wedding day. Do we receive a contract detailing our agreement? Once we have agreed on the services you would like a wedding contract is posted out for your signature, which should be returned with the holding deposit. You will also receive a counter signed copy of the agreement from us to keep for your records. The contract outlines the agreement between the client and Revolutionary Photography Ltd, as well as detailing our terms and conditions for your information. Can we upgrade our Wedding package nearer the time if we change our mind? We never work on more than one wedding in the same day to allow you the option to increase the time frame if you so wish. Our Graphistudio© albums are also tailor made to your specifications and so if you decide that you would like to increase the size or number of pages this can also be arranged. Will you visit the venue before the big day? Where possible we will visit the venue(s) beforehand in order to get a feel for the best photographic locations. This gives us a good idea of some of the shots we will be able to produce and allows things to run much smoother on the day. How long does the photography take? We will start taking natural reportage photographs from the minute we arrive. Ultimately the timescale for the "posed photography" is decided by you. We usually ask for a copy of the order of the day and suggest a timeframe which works in and around your plans. How many photos do you take? We take as many photographs as we need to cover the aspects you have requested and then select the best images and individually edit and colour check each one. A typical wedding may have about 200 - 300 finished photos for you to choose from. Can we buy the original image files on disk? Yes, we offer a CD/DVD containing all of the images from the day, including any black and white or colour edited copies, for an extra fee of £100 This is an optional extra and can be chosen before or after the wedding. How do we view or photographs and album design? Our clients all have their own online password protected client area. In here you can view your gallery of wedding photographs. Once you have chosen your photographs, the album layout (if choosing the GraphiStudio© package) will be designed and hosted in your client area for you to view and approve before printing. How long will our photographs take to edit and appear in our online gallery? We always aim to have your finished photographs online within 2 weeks from your wedding, which means if you are on a fortnights honeymoon they will be ready and waiting on your return. Can our friends and family buy copies of photographs from you? We will supply you with the login details to your own client area, which you can then pass on to friends and family to allow them to access your online gallery. A price list for all photographs and canvases will also be available in there along with instructions on how to order the prints. We love black and white images as well as the colour burst images, can you provide these? Of course. During the editing process, any images that we believe will work well in black and white, sepia or colour burst, are copied and colour converted. This means we can supply both the original file as well as the edited image. What will you do if your camera breaks on the day? We always carry a back up set of equipment which includes camera bodies, lenses, memory cards, batteries and speed lights. What if it rains on our wedding day? Unfortunately the one thing we cannot control is the weather, but we can make the most of it! We always arrive prepared for the worst, and as such we always carry clear dome umbrellas to shelter the bride without blocking out what little light there is. These umbrellas can actually work great as props, and we always have a few ideas of how to make the most of their inevitable appearance in our photographs. During the pre-wedding venue visit we will always investigate the sheltered locations for photographs should the weather not be on our side on the day! What professional insurance do you have? Revolutionary Photography Ltd are insured with both public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. |
